What Rope Rounds is

Rope Rounds is an interval timer. It counts intervals, shows the current phase, plays cues, and records what you finished on your own device. That's the whole of it.

It is not coaching or medical advice

Rope Rounds doesn't assess your fitness, your technique or your health, and it knows nothing about you beyond the intervals you enter. Jumpstart is a fixed progression that reacts only to whether you finished a level and how you said it felt. It isn't coaching.

Exercise carries risk. Decide for yourself whether a workout is appropriate for you, and speak to a qualified professional if you're unsure. Stop if something hurts.

Your licence

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use Rope Rounds on devices you control, under the App Store terms that apply to any app you install. You may not resell it, rent it, or pull paid content out of the app in order to redistribute it.

Rope Rounds Pro

Rope Rounds Pro is a single purchase that unlocks extra features permanently on your Apple Account. It isn't a subscription. It doesn't renew and it doesn't expire.

Apple handles payment, tax and receipts, and shows the price in your own currency before you confirm. Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, not through us.

If you reinstall the app or set up a new device, use Restore purchase in Settings while signed in to the Apple Account you bought with.

Your data

There's no account, so there's nothing for us to hold. Your workouts stay on your device. Deleting the app may delete them, and afterwards neither you nor we can get them back. Worth remembering before you delete the app or reset the phone.

Changes to the app

Features may change between versions. We may add, alter or remove parts of the app, free and paid. What we will not do is take away a feature you have already paid for without putting something equivalent in its place.

What we cannot promise

The app is provided as it is. We can't promise it will be free of defects, that it will suit a particular training goal, or that it will run correctly on every device and iOS version.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app, other than liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
